Lymphocytes were exposed to Concanavalin A, which triggers a immune response equivalent to one for multiple antigens. Four gene expression profiles were conducted on the four animals with lymphocytes that provided the greatest response. Lists of expressed DE genes were analysed, and gene network analysis.
