Prairie Swine Centre currently has an opening for a Research Technician. As a member of a research team, this position is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day activities necessary for the successful implementation of swine research projects. Duties include but are not limited to weighing of animals, feeding experimental diets, blood and saliva collection, collection of other types of data, data entry and verification, and general care of animals. The successful candidate will work independently with direct support from the supervisor, and as a member of a team to accomplish the research goals.
